Roots Booster Pumps
Booster pumps, due to their design features (the absence of contacting surfaces in the pump chamber with the complete absence of oil in the exhaust air), are an effective solution for creating vacuum stations used in the food packaging industry for primary packaging.
The use of a booster pump kit significantly increases the performance of the system in comparison with a single pump installed in a packaging machine. With an integrated bypass valve, the booster pump provides high operational reliability and suitability for use in high-performance packaging machines.
The Roots pump, together with the first stage pump (support pump), forms a compact centralized vacuum system. Oil-compacted rotary-plate pumps are used as the first stage pump: U 5.200, U 5.300, U 4.630.
