Roots Booster Pumping Stations
The station includes a rotary-plate oil pump and a Roots booster pump with a built-in bypass as support for packaging processes with short cycles to ensure high operational reliability.
Booster pumps are used to increase the pumping speed of vacuum chambers. The air is pumped out due to the rotation of the two rotors in opposite directions. The rotation of the rotors is synchronized by a mechanism with a gear ratio equal to one. When using booster pumps with high-performance rotary vane pumps, excellent results can be achieved in terms of the time it takes to pump out large vacuum chambers.
